PetitePARADE Covered in US Weekly!

We were so excited to learn that petitePARADE was covered by US WEEKLY!

A few little models in the making, twins Jessie and D'Lila Combs and Chance, daughters of Sean 'P.Diddy' Combs, walked the petite catwalk for Ooh! La La! Couture during the Swarovski Showcase on October 5th.

The girls were cheered on by their famous parents, P.Diddy and Kim Porter, and family who watched in the front row.

Be sure to pick up a copy, on newsstands now!

Bugaboo X Andy Warhol

No stranger to the art of collaborations, (ie. Missoni for Bugaboo) for the second time, Bugaboo has teamed up with the Andy Warhol Foundation to create strollers and accessories based on the artwork of Andy Warhol's hand drawn illustrations pre Pop Art era.

Being big fans of both Warhol and Bugaboo, this collaboration has us very excited!
Venturing into the playful world of the legendary pop artist’s design legacy, the  autumn 2013 collection includes 2 whimsical Warhol prints, "Happy Bugs' and 'So Many Stars'.

      But wait, there's more!
Special for this launch, Mudpuppy will publish the first ever, Warhol "So" book for children. This includes never before published images from Warhol's So Series illustrations. Starting November 2013, the collections will be available in-stores worldwide.

Sure to be a hit, we know this collection will sit well with babies and their artistic parents!

HOT TOT'S Trauma-Free Techniques

Let's face it, we love our kids but hair do's and cuts can often be a daunting task. petitePARADE VOGUE Bambini Kids Fashion Week official hair sponsors, HOT TOT shares tips and tricks for parents to deal with these far to common morning difficulties.

We break down their tips and tricks into 3 easy steps!

1. Select a Place Where Your Child Will Be Happy.
Hot Tot suggest, "If you're styling a child who is old enough to sit up, choose a place where they can focus on something other than their hair." ie.  a highchair so your child can be snacking at the same time. Or on the counter by the bathroom, so water can drip on their toes.

2. Have The Right Tools.
Given the tots sensitive scalp, avoid using an adult brush. Using a soft brush, a wide tooth comb and a spray bottle filled with water is always helpful. If your tot has finicky tangled hair, try Hot Tot's Condition Detangler.  Additionally, foam curlers are a safe alternative to heat style, where you can achieve the same look without any risk!

3. Choose a Hairstyle.
While the amount of hair your baby is born with can vary greatly, a simple curl is always suitable for any gender. A headband or clip can help distinguish gender. Pig-Tails and bobs are always favorites for girls. Where side parts and faux hawks tend to be a fav for little boys.
Take a look at HOT TOT's website for hair ideas!

With a specialized formula, safe ingredients and holding a social and sustainable responsibility beliefs, HOT TOT's is something you can definitely feel good about when styling your tot's hair.

Heidi Klum and Save the Children

Before we breakout into song singing, "The Children Are Our Future", we thought we would just show you!

And a petitePARADE VOGUE friend, Truly Scrumptious by Heidi Klum has long stand by this idea.

Recently Truly Scrumptious by Heidi Klum partnered with the Save the Children Foundation in efforts to inspire creativity among kids through sponsoring the Project Doodle Contest where Truly Scrumptious by Heidi Klum introduced a specially designed t-shirt  contest encouraging children to submit their own designs of fun monster-themed doodles.  Two designs were then chosen, manufactured and sold at Babies "R" Us stores nationwide and online.

Budding designers and winners, Deryk- 6 years old and Faith- 5 years old, can proudly say they have contributed to raising awareness to Save the Children's mission to help fellow children in improvised regions in the United States.
